Sadie Sloan
As the newest member of AGA’s operations team, Sadie brings years of hospitality and operational experience to the firm. Sadie relocated to Florida in 2023 from Southern California, where she worked most recently in the banking industry.
Sadie started working at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe Resort and worked in various departments while earning a degree in Journalism and Public Relations from California State University, Chico. After graduation, she took a position in VIP Services and worked into the role of Director of Hotel Operations, where she was responsible for the customer service and financial performance of the hotel division.
Customer service was always central to her job, and managing multiple departments led Sadie to develop a love of operations. "Implementing processes across departments and divisions can be challenging, as you have different audiences and players in each arena. That is the continual puzzle of operations, and I just love it,” she says. She sees her role at AGA as a natural next step for her experience and abilities.
“What we do at Arch Global Advisors—helping people achieve their financial goals so they can live their best lives—is a privilege and a responsibility that I take very seriously,” she says. “Trust, accuracy and keeping a long-term mindset are all integral to what we do at AGA.”
“Hospitality and customer service are in my blood, my mind loves the logistics of operations, and the world of finance is a strong interest,” Sadie says. “I can’t imagine finding a position better suited for me, and I’m thrilled to be a part of Arch Global Advisors.”
Her background:
Born and raised in Northern California, Sadie worked for Harrah’s and Harvey’s Lake Tahoe for 16 years before taking time off to raise her two children. She and her family lived in Nevada, Texas, Indiana and California. She now resides in Saint Augustine with her daughter and has a son attending college in Northern California.
Fun fact:
Sadie worked as an artist for four years, building a business around her artwork. She was self-taught and developed a whimsical style that she describes as “Happy Art.” Greeting cards were her biggest seller, and she says, “There was always something cool and humbling about the idea of my artwork arriving in a mailbox across the country or even the world. It makes me happy to think that it may still occasionally happen, even now.”
